The Revolving Loan Fund is designed for viable projects to cover gaps that cannot be covered by an existing lending sources and programs. As loans are repaid, DCDC will have more funds to help more businesses.

DCDC revolving loan fund

USDA Rural Development awarded DeWitt County Development Council (DCDC) a grant for gap financing for local entrepreneurs. These short term/low interest loans are intended to be used to create jobs as well as Small Business Services such as Business Planning and Marketing Plans.
